Refund policy

Please reach out to info@phillymagicgardens.org with any exchange or refund requests within two weeks of delivery. The original item(s) must be returned to Philadelphia's Magic Gardens in order for refunds or exchanges to be processed. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for returned items and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.

Philadelphia's Magic Gardens is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Any claims of damages or lost items will need to be filed with the shipping service.
